Actually this may be an ssh/ssl problem but hopefully someone else has
experienced it and has a solution.

We updated our openssh on our ubuntu 7 system today. Now we receive the
following error when trying to access dspace

org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: Connection refused. Check that the
hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/IP
connections.
Exception: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused
Stack Trace:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused

I then checked and tried stop and restart postgres and receive this error
message

 * Starting PostgreSQL 8.2 database server
 * The PostgreSQL server failed to start. Please check the log output:
2008-05-15 15:04:23 EDT FATAL: could not access private key file
"server.key": Permission denied
   ...fail!

I found the server.key located in /etc/ssl which makes me think the problem
is somehow related to the updating of our openssh. So my question is - what
do I do now?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
