One of our communities is generally managed by another individual at our university, and she enters in all the items for that community. As of today she was unable to get past the page where she grants the license, and instead was given the page telling her to contact the administrator (me) and that she did not have authorization to grant the license.
I am confused as why this would suddenly happen. The only changes I made recently were to the input-forms.xml, besides the larger issue of adding code to allow for item embargo. I very much hope the embargo code didn't effect the license granting section, but I don't understand how, as administrator, I would have no issue granting licenses but the user who has authorization to submit items to the collection would run into problems if something was damaged/messed up due to the embargo code add-on. Any ideas?
