[Dspace-tech] Collection authorizations: cant upload new bitstreams

Im struggling with collection authorizations in DSpace 1.5.1. It seems that collection admins cannot upload or delete bitstreams when editing items. Not even if they have ADD, WRITE REMOVE privileges. Any suggestions how to get around this are welcome. Thanks, Mika
