Hi Sisay AFAIK controlled vocab's can be used when doing item metadata editing. See: http://wiki.lib.sun.ac.za/index.php/SUNScholar/Controlled_Vocabulary We do not have it enabled in our DSpace config file, so the above is all I have. I would like to see someone contribute a step-by-step
