I haven't sent cards out through the bureau in several years andI have a bunch of cards I am answering through the bureau. I called the ARRL the ther day and there was no one there who knew how much it now costs to send cards out. The last time I saw anything on this, a pound of QSL's was

I hope all of you worked the 3y who needed him. I have another problem. Some one worked him using my call on 40 meter cw and 80 meter ssb. I did not work him on those two band/modes.Also someone worked him on 17 meter ssb using my call. All of my legitimate qso's are there except a 15 meter
