I mailed my actual card to them last week and it was credited on
Thursday. Fast turn around.

Perhaps the singular thing fueling the negativity after they left the
island is the webmaster's inability to simply change the home page to
read QRT rather than QRV. Some folks would understand that logs can't
easily be uploaded at sea, but you know, some isn't most, so a little
note there
Have most of the QSL's gone out for this? Nothing in my mailbox yet.
Time to resend or hold tight?

Well, if you happened to stay around long enough to work both stations,
this would be causing somewhat less angst.

Nobody else has mentioned this so I feel the need. How did those guys
get those platforms erected so quickly? They appear to be quite sturdy.
Wonder if they borrowed somebody's back yard, had a dump truck full of
rocks dropped off, and practiced doing this a few times. Ya' know this

During a recent adult discussion we were kicking around names of some

You can only tell if you have bottomed out after the fact. As bad as it
is this week, it might be worse next month and the month after

I found a 1993 reference that his manager at the time was F6DYE. I
can't find that callsign in QRZ either, but callbook shows:
Gabriel Glorieux, F6DYE

Might want to try a current French callbook to see if there is more to
the address than this and if it is
F6DYE is still in the current French callbook, so he might be available
for the qsl.

Search for 3-500z from time to time and perhaps another will turn up.
