I have also had trouble with QSL cards, but worked them in December 2003 on
RTTY and got card for that QSO, plus other older QSOs requested in the same
envelope, from past QSOs where card went unanswered.

Anybody know the IOTA number for Swains?
OC-200 from the first/last Swains Island DXpedition that.. didn't count.
KH8SI was neither the first nor the last.
Mike KM9D operated from there in November 2002.

R7C was active this weekend. Does this count as UA or UA9? Is there
a listing somewhere of the UA7 prefixes and what the first letter
