Pretty obvious the alleged P5/YT1AD appearance was Slim, but what is the story on what happened when YT1AD had his meeting with the P5 "licensing authorities" or did not the meeting take place?

VU2DOS told me just today there is NO VU4 or VU7 operation(s) now or very likely in the foreseeable future due to VU Government security concerns.
N4JR does a spectacular job QSL managing S9SS, ten days exactly from QSO to QSL in had.
