[Dx4win] Upl Cnf Field - LOTW

I've uploaded the DX4WIN ADIF/TQ8 file to LOTW - no problem. I've downloaded the LOTW ADIF file and imported the results. The Upload and Upload Date fields are now filled in with a Y and the date I uploaded the log. The QSL Cnfm field now shows a Y for those LOTW QSOs. BUT - what is the
