My card was submitted to the DXCC desk and then bounced for the lack of docs. NC1L says I still have to resubmit the card itself a second time (either directly or through a checker). There used to be a procedure where ARRL HQ would remember disallowed cards you had submitted so if they were

Rick, I also encountered problems tracking frequency with certain USB CI-v interfaces and DX4Win. Troubleshooting was made more difficult by the fact that some worked properly with my contest software (N1MM) but not with DX4Win. This bug was evident in v7, and probably still lingers in v8. You
