[Dx4win] Help with colors

I just changed over to Win 8.1 and copied my DX4WIN 8.05 folder on a USB flash drive from Win XP and pasted it into my 8.1. Everything went well except that I now have no colors in any of the borders except the one I am using, which is light blue. They are all very, very light gray. Is there
