Make sure you have at least one mode and one band selected in the station
preferences.

In my case, I am using RemoteRig boxes at both the remote and control sites. I
have a Static IP at the remote site and I forward two or three ports that the
two boxes use to communicate. I am not sure if I prioritized the port
connections in the routers at each end. Will have to

I also have a K3/0 mini and I am glad to hear this problem happens to other
users. (No, not really!) My case is a little different. I never have a
problem with DX4WIN at the control site losing connection to the K3 at the
remote site. Stays connected -- rock solid for
Interesting problem. Are either of you using a Static or Dynamic IP? Also,
have you prioritized this port connection in your router? Is there other
router activity going on in your home like WiFi cameras, IP phones and WiFi
mouse/keyboard and such? What is the back haul distance between
