[Dx4win] Fwd: W3LL DX4WIN Will Not Start

Here's how the country.dat issue was resolved. As the Administrator, the country.dat file was removed from the DX4WIN Save folder. As non Administrator a 01 February 2022 country.dat file was copied into the DX4WIN Save folder. This different country.dat file allowed DX4WIN to start normally

Bud, Your country file was removed by a virus checker; You likely have an older copy in your Backups sub-directory. Copy the file country.dat to the Save sub-directory. Tell the virus checker to ignore the DX4WIN directory Start DX4WIN Do Help | Check for Updates to get the latest files.
