[Dx4win] HELP

I loaded DX4WIN 9.0.3 on my Dell desktop and all went well and I entered about 20 QSL's to be sure it all worked correctly and when it did show the 20 QSL's in the log I assumed all was well so I proceeded to load the same program into my NEW Dell laptop that had never had a logging program on it
