will not see the tq8 file, the new program uploads it, but the process
is transparent for you...

Now you tell me!
I have uploaded maybe 3-4 files ( I want to say adif)to LoTW and never
saw any tq-8's...at all..
And it all worked out OK...
Gracias Amigo Paul
Is it possible to export part of a log for use elsewhere from LoTW? Is this
the same mechanics as a LOTW upload?

Help:
Upgraded to ver 8.05 and moved to a Win 7 machine and cannot get the CW
keyboard to ..key. In earlier DX4WIN versions I always used LPT-1 port in
Preferences/CW. I've tried every choice there is in Preferences/CW with no
success.
I want to recall something about LPT's not working in ver 8.05 and
More details and then some!
Interface: LPT-1
Win 95
DX4win; not Winkey
and then some: To compound the problem I read about a conflict with LPT
ports and Dx4WIN. I installed that software only to find out it was meant
for Win 7 users; not Win95 users.
Now DX4Win cannot find LPT1, 2 and 3.
What
Why, I don't know; but my DX4win 8.05 / Win95 is not keying the radio. I can
hear it being keyed in the computer. Where is the link broken?
One thing I have never seen is that.now. DX4win is not keeping the interface
setting (LPT-1) I have chosen as it , without fail, has always done prior.
Thanks all for the tips and recommendations for the errors.
Jim, AD1C, Alan (ClubLog) and reflector members (Ray N6VR) have been most
helpful. For the most part the cause of the errors is operator-error; my
typo's. Additionally, I have a feeling that when I converted from written
logs to
I have (almost) always used AD1C's country files in my DX4WIN software.
Tried too, anyway (Hi)
After I do an ADIF upload to ClubLog I get an email report on my upload of
any errors or descrepancies.
I consistently have 24 descrepancies between DX4Win and ClubLog and the same
QSO's on each
Mostly likely this question pulls ...further...away from DX4WIN; but:
Two separate monitors for those app's; that sounds really neat. Ok; using a
second graphics card and monitor; how would I configure this, in my case, under
Win2000??
