Some of the older Icoms won't work with the cheap CT-17 substitutes that
are not using RS232 levels. If it's a CT-17 or anything using a MAX232

A friend of mine just bought dx4win and he has IC-781 with RS-232 connection
to PC. (PC with genuing RS-232 port)
N1MM works perfectly with same PC and cable to radio but not DX4WIN.
Baud rates and address ( 26 ) are OK. Should the RTS and DTS be OFF or ON
by default?

I am trying to print cards directly . ( with HP-2100 ). When trying to
setup the custom paper size to 140mm x 90mm I get note of Not able to set
custom Paper Size . Printer is capable to print to this size of cards..
Printing on label sheets has been working ok.

I have been trying to figure out how to print QSLs from timeperiod like
1.1.2007 to 31.12.2008.
I do not have any labels set for qsos as lot of my Qs have been imported
from other programs.
I did the normal RTFM but did not find QSL s for dummies section ;)

Any solution to speed up the bandmap ?
I am Using IC-756PROIII with 19200bd and com port poll rate 1ms with
microham microkeyer. Bandmap seems to be quite slow compared to ones I am
used to ( win-test and N1MM )
