I converted my log from DX4WIN to ADIF. Here is a sample of what it looks
like saved in NOTEBOOK:

It sounds like you might want to upgrade to DX4WIN Version 8. There
are a couple of multiple QSO operations for taking the stuff in the
Notes for this QSO and Notes for this Call fields and converting
them to Name, QTH and Frequency fields.

I converted my log from DX4WIN to ADIF. Here is a sample of what it

Actually it is in proper ADIF format. In versions of DX4Win prior to V8
the fields you want are stored in the Notes Field... so that's where it
appears in the export.
I did have a program that converted these older notes fields to
individual ADIF fields so I could transfer data to another
