Yup. That's just how it works. Just verified when I imported my 0300Z

I don't care to participate in eQSL, so I've set my program preferences
to NOT set the eQSL Upload flag when a new entry is added to the log.
The vast majority of the data is add to my log is imported from contest
QSOs logged in N1MM+. At the end of each contest, I export the log in
ADIF
