Well... First things first... Don't even TRY to transmit unless you can receive...
Make sure that your sound card is truly compatible with the SoundBlaster... I had a sound card at one point that worked fine for music and such... But couldn't copy PSK31... It would copy the occasional few letters, but mostly gibberish. I was so disappointed, I wondered why anybody bothered with PSK31... Anyway, switching the sound card solved the problem. That being said, I would expect that if the card wasn't compatible, MMTY wouldn't work either... If you have no power out when you key the transmitter, you obviously have no audio going to the transmitter. Do you "hear" the psk31 being sent? If so... Something is amiss in your connections...
