Mark, I think you have the steps out-of-order. The progression is: starting with Upl = N, Upl Date = empty: 1. Upload flag is set for a QSO. Either by adding a QSO to your log, or using the LoTW operation to do it. 2. Export for LoTW. This creates an ADIF file containing all QSOs

I goofed with a filter on, and accidentally set the UPLOAD flag to Y. No QSO's were exported, but I said YES when asked if I wanted to set the flag for those to Y (hey, it was late and I am tired). So not knowing how to UNDO that, I just went through and reset the flag to N. However,
