Ignoring the sub modes for SSB should be easy to fix. Don’t think I should
do this for the other modes.

Just checking to see if this is operator error or a bug/issue. When I set
the submode in DX4WIN 9.07 (for example, SSB with a submode of USB), I do
not get matches when I download the LOTW .adi file with confirmations, even
if everything else matches up (date, time, call, mode, frequency, etc).
