Bernie, There are many USB to parallel cables on eBay. Most of them work OK. HOWEVER: with most laptops some printers have problem printing as the laptop USB current is not sufficient. SOLUTION: use externally powered USB hub between laptop USB port and the USB/parallel cable. Concerning DX4WIN
