[Dx4win] adding QSO off line and F2

Hi, ran into this problem. I rec QSL card, need for NEW Band. DX4win shows I mailed (M) different call. When I ADDQSO OFF LINE, ck cfm and hit F2 DX4win does not ask if I want to submit card??? I have to hit enter the Q is logged, then reopen hit F2 then it asks me if I want to submit. In other
