Hi all This weekend I hooked up my win7 laptop dx4win 8.05 to the 950sdx. I purchased a usb to serial FTDI cable. The result was the only thing I could control on the 950 was the mode, frequency did not change.
I next tried using my desktop station xp with dx4win 7.07. This setup was working 3 years ago when I moved. I got the same result. I looked at the rig file and they are identical. The cabling is the same except the laptop has the new USB to serial FTDI cable connected. Do you think the rig file is corrupt on both systems? Any ideas would be great.
