[Dx4win] DX4WIN home page
Hi! My question: What happens with the DX4WIN home page? The page is still there, but the last modification was from July 2006! You can find pictures from Dayton *1999*! What's new? - last Version 7.02 from May 13, 2006! Yes I know there is a version 7.03 but not on this page, why? Do you think this page is still alive and what is about DX4WIN and its future? 73 Klaus, DJ4SO

Still no reply to that... Any help please ? I just plugged a CAT cable to my computer, and it seems to work fine, except that I operate my FT1000MP Mk V in RTTY using the packet connections. The QSO is really RTTY but it shows PKT (which is a correct reading, but wrong info !). Is this solved on the Yaesu, or through DX4Win ? I use version 7.01, and Windows2000 XP. Thanks in advance for enlightning me ! 73 Paul F6EXV

[Dx4win] TELL ME HOW
Hi Dick; find the log file in the DX4Win directory; just copy it to a memory stick; and put it in the lap top; under the same directory 73 Dave -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Dick White Sent: 03 September 2007 19:30 To: DX4WIN Reflector Post Subject: [Dx4win] TELL ME HOW I have DX4WIN on my PC and have just loaded it on my lap top. It is working ok on the lap top and all looks ok. I have been backing up my log on the PC with a USB memory stick. Can someone tell me how to transfer the log info on the stick into DX4WIN on my lap top. I can't figure it out and don't want to mess up what I have already done. Dick, Is the problem with your laptop being able to read the memory stick, or, you don't know where to place the file on the laptop? I can't help with the former but with the latter the file should be placed in the SAVE directory under the main DX4WIN directory. Just copy it from the memory stick and paste it in the SAVE directory. 73..de John/K4WJ At 03:15 PM 9/3/2007, Dave Sharred wrote: Hi Dick; find the log file in the DX4Win directory; just copy it to a memory stick; and put it in the lap top; under the same directory 73 Dave -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Dick White Sent: 03 September 2007 19:30 To: DX4WIN Reflector Post Subject: [Dx4win] TELL ME HOW I have DX4WIN on my PC and have just loaded it on my lap top. [Dx4win] Thank you everyone
I guess I was just not sure I could make the transfer correctly. It was simple. I had DX4WIN installed and working on my lap top with one QSO in the log. I just copied the log ks0m.dxl off the USB memory stick and pasted it in the SAVE file of DX4WIN. Everything transferred ok. For some reason, I just was not sure it would work and asked for help. Thank all of you for the advice. Dick KS0M Richard C. Dick White Fulton, MO. 65251 U.S.A. [EMAIL PROTECTED] I AM NOT GETTING OLD. I AM JUST PLAYING THE BACK NINE. Amateur Radio Station - KS0M
