If I understand your list requirements correctly, the answer is YES.
Go to: Filter, Prefix, and enter a prefix of !K (which means, anything
except a K prefix QSO - or all non-US QSOs). Press Enter.
Go to: Window | Logbook. The Logbook window with now open, displaying all
