Question 1- My F keys will not send the message but I can send from keyboard Question 2- (Maybe related to #1)When I key an F key I get a message An exception occured- Device already open. I have the keying for RTTY on Com2. I used to also have the keying for CW on Com2 but found that won't work

Never tried that before, but did after seeing your question. I use COM2 for RTTY and so set up COM2 for CW as you have. With no MMTTY window open, I can send CW just fine from the window. If I then open the DX4WIN MMTTY window, MMTTY will not key the COM2 interface under any conditions -
