I vaguely remember the following problem being discussed before, but do not
recall the final resolution and can't seem to find the answer in the
archives.
I upload/download to LoTW a few times a year, so I am by no means a power
user. Today I noticed that, following an import of my confirmed
DX4WIN.TCP is the list of Telnet DX Cluster nodes. If you don't use the
latest file, you may find that some nodes are unreachable.
I updated DX4WIN.TCP on 27 February 2008. The latest file can be found at:

It is correct, the ones that do not display the country are not a match..
I had the same issue with N8S. It was a time difference with the DX upload.
All the mailed cards matched my log.
The people at ARRL helped and all is OK now.
