BTW, the solution that did what I was after was the QSO tab. I wanted to
choose how the flag was set when I entered a contact. I found the F2
option when I was searching but it was not the one I needed. Again,

Under "Defaults for new QSO", there is a little window that allows you to
select QSL label, LoTW, and eQSL.
