Hello Dean, Are you talking about the DXCC report? In this matrix the symbols are: C = confirmed (but not submitted for credit, or credited by the League) S= submitted for credit (but not yet credited) *= confirmed, submitted, and credited to your DXCC account. So - what you see is not unusual.

I did a search on DXCC listing mix/cw/ssb and see a number of entities showing an "S" for some prefixes where there is a "C" in one or morde of the mode positions. Shouldn't , therefore be a "C" in the "MIX" column? Just askin'
