It works here. Use Search (F8) to find the callsign of the QSO that the SWL is asking for. The press Ctrl-F2 or use the QSO pull down menu to select Confirm QSL. I just sent out five or six SWL cards using DX4WIN. Maybe you have to enter the station call sign and bring it up in the QSO window before Control+F2 will work. Did you do that? I am just guessing.
