Yes, the intent is that if logging programs export full station locations,
this will stop bogus uploads. If loggers don't export the QTH data, nothing
changes. And, you can always turn this off.

It seems that ARRL has released a TQSL version 2.5.2 that now involves
logging programs including additional information in the ADIF file (or
overriding the check somewhere in the TQSL program). I haven't tried
either upgrading to that version or uploading a log with it, but
DX4WIN Will Not Start
DX4WIN failed to start today. Never happened before.
Reboot does not solve the problem.
Error Report says:
Exception Class EFOpenError
Exception Message "Cannot open file C:\dx4w904\save\members.dat". Access is
denied.

There was a problem with the geographic coordinates of IOTA AS-207,
which resulted in incorrect beam headings and sunrise/sunset times. I
fixed the problem and uploaded new country files. This is the only
change. To get the fix:
