Re: [Dx4win] counties
Alan I believe the reason is because only paper cards can be used to make claims for the County award. Unfortunately, LOTW confirmations do not yet count. You can amend the award settings in DX4WIN to make LOTW confirmations count. I have done that. 73, Ian G4IIY Sent from my iPhone > On 18 Nov 2021, at 02:12, Alan Zack wrote: > > Along the same line for counties: > > If I do the Report | County | Listing and I see a county marked as W > but in the actual logging window in the LOTW confirm box it shows > CFM=Y. Re: [Dx4win] counties
Along the same line for counties: If I do the Report | County | Listing and I see a county marked as W but in the actual logging window in the LOTW confirm box it shows CFM=Y. So should I assume that counties in the REPORT listing only show confirmed if you have a paper QSL but not shown as confirmed from a LOTW confirmation? I know this is how it works for IOTA but I thought maybe it would treat counties differently. I am not a county chaser but the question about Alaskan counties got my attention since I was based both at Kodiak Isld and Annette Isld (former airport for Ketchikan) and frequently had to explain Alaska does not have actual counties but have Judicial Districts. I frequently enter the CQP and the checked Report | County | Listing and I see I have worked, logged, or confirmed every CA County but only a few that I have as confirmed by a QSL card are shown as C. Other counties confirmed by LOTW only show as W or L. [Dx4win] Import ADIF
Hi. I opened a message with this topic some time ago, I tried to look for it to continue it, but I can not find it on the mailing list, maybe I deleted it accidentally. The doubt is the next one: When I care an ADIF file from the Lotw page to correctly add that file to the DX4win, follow these steps: In the LOTW menu: 1 Your QSO. 2 Download Report (Here is the current date, which appears by default. Is it normal to indicate the current date and not that of the last import) That is the question I had, on the date that appears when I import the file. Greetings.
