The bug report may give a clue.

Also check if country.dat is in your save directory. For whatever reason
virus checkers often remove that file.

When the file is missing, you should have a copy in the highest numbered
directory in the backups directory.

If this scenario applies, tell the virus checker to ignore the dx4win
directory.
