I suggest that you flag them with S (for submitted) in respective DXCC fields (Mixed, Band and Mode) as needed. Then it is easy to search for them and creat a list for submission. When they have been accepted you could change the DXCC flags by go to Reports|Award flags|Award DXCC mixed|Action
