[Dx4win] Query: QSX frequency in Notes for this QSO field

My ICOM radio isn't capable of populating the QSX frequency in the
Notes for this QSO field.

For those of you who DO have such a radio, what is the format:

Rx / Tx KHz
or
Tx / Rx KHz

Where Rx is the frequency you are RECEIVING on and Tx is the frequency
you are TRANSMITTING on.
