[Dx4win] dx4win connecting to Kenwood ts950sdx.

Hi all I am trying connect my laptop to my Kenwood Ts 950sdx. This worked a year ago. I know I played around for quite awhile. I have a Kenwood IF 232c connected between the computer and the TS-950sdx. The cabling goes from a usb cable with a male serial connector to a female serial connector.
