Sorry, resending with a correct header
Paul/Jim Right, I have managed to get the issue to repeat. Use an F8 search to look for all QSOs with IOTA OC001. Because DX4Win knows that there is only one island name under that group, it automatically fills in the Iota island field. Then do a fresh F8 search for anybody you know is in your log, preferably not on OC-001. On mine, it fails to find any QSOs. I looked for my uncle with whom I have had dozens of QSOs. I had to restart DX4Win to get out of the 'No matching QSO' loop. I hope that makes sense. It seems that the new feature in version 9 whereby it completes the Island Name field is causing a problem in subsequent F8 searches. 73, ian G4IIY ______________________________________________________________ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net Message delivered to arch...@mail-archive.com This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
