[Dx4win] Local spotting?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could direct me to a telenet site(s) that has only spots that would be semi-local to my qth (Pennsylvania)? While seeing spots of DX from people halfway across the world is nice, it isn't practical for me personally. Or is there a way that I can filter out those
