[Dx4win] Somalia 'master' prefix

Am I correct in saying that the DX4Win default prefix for Somalia is T5 -
and if so, why is it not now '6O'?

 

If I am correct, perhaps Paul could put it on his list of things to do! 

 

If I am not correct, please somebody point out the error of my ways.

Because the ARRL says it's T5, see:

Every time I have deviated even the slightest bit from that list,
people have complained.
