Just as a warning folks:
If you're using my DX4WIN.CTY from http://www.ad1c.com/dx4win/ then the
current XF4IH operation will map to Mexico, XE not Revillagigedo,
XF4. This is because XF4IH was used from a Mexican IOTA (NA-188) in March,
2002.
