[Dx4win] dx4upd.exe - System Error

I just ran the updater program; no problems. When I tried to run it again I got the message: "The program can't start because VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing form your compouter. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." Running Win 10. Help! Mark K3MSB
