WA7AA gave me the answer I needed. Very simple to go to “EXPORT TO LoTW” In
DX4WIN and have it create a ADIF file, then going to TQSL program to upload the
ADIF file to LoTW. I had 200+ calls flagged for LoTW but did not

You can exportADIF is the first/ top choice and then hit export again.
I'm at work and can't look at DX4WIN to give you exact details. But you
just want to export in an ADIF format.
