Ernie, I'll fix it in next country file release.  I assumed all the
FT#Y prefixes were defined.  Apparently not.

[Dx4win] FT3YL

I have worked Francois FT3YL twice, on JT65 mode, his stated QTH being the 
French Antarctic base Dumont D'Urville, AN-017.

However the current DX4Win country file allocates this call to France.

A question, I guess, to Jim AD1C or anybody who can advise - will this call be 
re-allocated to AN-017 shortly.

Or - am I incorrect in all my statements/assumptions? A distinct possibility.
