[Dx4win] Import/Export
ViestiI have just accidently deleted the ADIF option in the Import/Export menu. Could someone let me know which file it is, please? Is it the one with the IEP extension in the SAVe directory? Hello all I recently installed the latest version on a couple of computers here. My previous in-use version was 7.01 Trying to export a file to ADIF format (to upload to LotW after TQ treatment), I get a very strange screen when I open the import/export file with cabalistic signs, unreadable text, and the export will not work. [Dx4win] Import/Export file problem 7.03.16
I looked through the archives and found someone that experiences similar problem with the DX4WIN.IEP file that I have. The file that comes with v 7.03.16 works fine. However, the file from v 7.02.15 will not work with v 7.03.16. I get the same thing as in the screen shot that K3SMB created (see copy of message below). I would like to use my older IEP file due to several custom imports I have created that I would hate to re-create. I copied the older IEP file from one folder to the 7.03.16 save folder. I've tried this a couple of times with the same results. Not sure what I am missing here so any advice is appreciated. Hi Mark, and the Reflector... I'm running 7.03.16. When I try to import files, the Import / Export window contains what looks to be random ASCII characters. I had the same problem when installing this version. I coud re-install, but I tried to simply copy the dx4win.iep file from the previous version. It worked fine. I made an Import Filter and want to email it but I can't find where it is saved. Anyone know where I can find it? I did try to Save it to a file rather than print it but it looked like binary. 73, Ed K3IXD

hello dw4winners, I didn't won today...but since my forgetters are getting better, while my remberer is broke, my logic left me behind, suppose its the bad way to start my sixty-nineth year on the lords earth. ( hope there may be some more) My problem, i have two logs; the main log, and an auxillary one. The auxillary log contains some 500 qso's, from wich i need to transfert about twenty to the mainlog. (They have a group number.) What are the methods to transfert only these twenty with groupnumbers to the mainlog? Tried several things but no way to get out of it. So before the fatal error walks in, and destroy part of my 10;876 Qso's..who tells me HOW TO. Thanks for a shout. ON4KJ Jos
