 Hi Jim,
You're the Great Guru! Your suggestion worked perfectly. Hope Windows 10 will
keep this after I connect to the external monitor when back home, but even if
not, now I know how to cope with this subject!
Best 73 and thanks,

On the laptop, check the Scale Factor on the Screen tab in
Preferences.  Try setting it to 100% and see if the problem goes away.

Have you tried clicking on and "grabbing" the sides/top/bottom and dragging
the edges to enlarge/reduce like most windows apps? That is what I do with ALL
the windows in DX4WIN

Hi,I was using DX4WIN with window sizes set for my large external monitor.
After update from Win 7 to Win 10 DX4WIN window sizes remained as set before on
the external monitor. But, after leaving home for my portable site, I reverted
to use my laptop Vostro 3700 display. When I started DX4WIN, now I've got  the
logging window very small related to other dx4w windows (same call, log,
bandspots..), and there is no command available to enlarge it!
Any clue?
P.S. All other non dw4win desktop icons that have been well set on the large
external monitor, now are all mixed-up , changing their initial large screen
place. Some Windows 10 joke??

Thanks to Bob KR4DA for the info on N4PY's program Pegasus, and for helping me
set it up. I now have my DX4WIN controlling my FTdx1200! A mention of it should
be on the DX4W web site. New life for the aging program.

I've gotten used to the fact that DX4WIN isn't going to connect to my newer
radio, but when entering contacts it would be nice if it would stay on my band
instead of jumping to a packet spots band. Can I get the logging window to
ignore the packet spots?de Dick NY1E
