From what I understand about my own account, if there are spam complaints
this can happen, or if there is an unusual amount of activity in the
account, (and they are the judge of that) this can happen until you furnish
appropriate DDU info to them, then it is released.

Does anyone know anything about this , as to whether or not it's actually
true? I would assume they are trying to stop the gambling but how will they
know if I get a check from a Market maker, what the check is for? So will
they stop all marketmakers? I've never heard of XFunds
