I recall because some years back I tried to purchase some e-gold from him but found that unless I wanted to provide him more information about myself than any government gangster has ever demanded he thought my money wasn't good enough for him. I seem to recall him claiming that even if I turned up in person and paid him in cash this was not acceptable to him. Luckily I have found that, like everything else in this third rate excuse for a country, there are far better exchange providers available overseas and I have been happily using them ever since. I don't think he is a crook, but he isn't exactly the easiest exchange provider to use.
