But no audited source code. I would bet that it does not have any back
doors, but who can tell?

What do you mean by no audited source code? Who should audit it? Also it
is illegal to have back doors and it would ruin my reputation.

Keeper doesn't send any information to the internet - you can verify that
by using AtomicLog (or other logging programs):
