small issue, but eventually the 31 should be deleted as a
choice in the calendar.
I'm sure I don't agree. I want to have all my bills
come due on September 31st. grin

possibly some client-side javascript could modify the day dropdown
list to only contain legitimate days for the currently selected year
and month. that pretty much forces you to choose year and month
